Our unique program incorporates a variety of educational theories, while always keeping the child’s best interest in mind and allowing for hands-on, experiential learning. We use ideas from various schools of thought in our everyday curriculum, such as Montessori, Waldorf, Reggio Emilia, and the Virtues Project. Learning Through Play
The physical environment is set up in such a way to encourage desirable behaviors and minimize conflict. Through observations, we are continually aware of children's interactions within the setting, and we modify the environment as necessary to promote positive behaviors.

"Good Care Educates and Good Education Cares" (ECEBC)
We recognize that children under 5 are growing and learning at a rate more rapid than any other time in their life. We strive to be inclusive, adapting our program as much as possible for every child's unique physical, developmental, and spiritual needs. We believe in nurturing the "whole" child, and attempt to support every level of their being.
The Value of Outdoor Play
We believe that nature is our biggest teacher. Children will spend lots of time outside and have many opportunities to explore nature through sensory projects, gardening, nature walks, and art projects using natural elements such as pine cones, moss, seashells, sticks, and other vegetation. Much of the toys and material are wood based.
